How can I chang my exhaust fan to blow out instead of in?

You don't say what you are talking about. If it's a computer, you take out the screws and turn the fan over. It has screw holes on both sides. If it's a kitchen exhaust fan, it was installed wrong, so call whoever installed it to come fix it. If something else, you look and see what needs to be done and do it.
