I have been not taking a shower for weeks because of anxiety. How do i overcome it? I cant even close my eyes because i think someone might be infront of me when i open my eyes or someone breaks in. PLS HELP.

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another pill. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
You need to find a reason of your anxiety. Maybe you watched a horror movie or someone scared you?
I think that you’ll weather this problem. I say it because I had the same. I couldn’t sleep without light. And all because of thrillers.
