I always want to do something but get distracted! How can I focus myself?

Love what you are doing. If you have interest on it, you can be more focused. Be motivated like if you finish a task, you can now do what you want like watching movie, etc. Eliminate distractions like turning off your cellphone. In work, “If there’s anything they need to have you to do,ask them to please tell it before you get started. If it is about school, use a desk if possible. Don’t have the TV on. If you find yourself losing focus, stop for a brief rest. But get back to your work as soon as possible.
TIP: “Whatever you’re supposed to do won’t go away until you do it. Rather than have it hanging over your head, just get it done. That way you can relax for the rest of the day.”
I had the same problem when I was studying for exams. What I tried to do is stretch myself so that I'd concentrate for longer than periods. I started by aiming to work non-stop for 55 minutes and then have a five minute break as a reward that I could do anything I want in. Eventually it got to be 1hr 55mins, then a five minute break.
When I'm really busy, I can push myself to work non-stop for up to nine or ten hours without any break, and be really productive. Think of the brain like a muscle. The more you train it, the stronger it is.
I'm gifted and unfocused so thanks. Ill try that.
