I thought tryouts or soccer were the 11th (next week) but turns out they are this Monday, I'm a sophomore girl and am healthy and I guess fit. I can run super fast, but have no endurance and need that for soccer so please give me tips on how to run at a long distance for tryouts. Thanks!!

You just need to jog. Take your time. Dont try to be first. Instead be the last. When you run, breathing through your nose and out of your mouth helps ALOT! You will start to get tired of this and will want to breathe normally but DONT. This helps your lungs so you could keep running for a longer distance. Good luck!
Don't try and sprint. I run x-country and play soccer. You can go alot farther if you don't over do yourself in the first few yards. Try interval running. It really help to build up your indurance. It is okay to be last. Just keep training and you will get there. GOOD LUCK!!!
