How can humans breathe without plants or trees in a building?

Buildings are not air tight, so air still flows in and out helping to replace CO2 buildup.

Flow of o2 would easily pass from buildings and of-course they are not air tight. The surrounding atmosphere makes this happen and which easily replaces carbon dioxide. Thank you.
