How can energy make things move?

Well, I suppose the best example for your question (as you didn't give more specific details) would be to talk about kinetic energy which is the energy of movements such as the motion of objects (from people to planets, not literally just in scale), the vibrations of atoms by sound waves or their vibration under thermal energy (heat), the electromagnetic energy of the movements of light waves, and the motion of electrons in electricity. There is also potential energy or "stored" energy, waiting to be released as kinetic energy such as in a spring. More details = more specific answer :)
