How can child abuse be prevented in your community?

You really need to grow up and learn how to pretend to be a good citizen. You don't need to regulate every detail of every life in your town. For one thing, the prevailing opinion of what constitutes child abuse changes radically every few years. What was considered normal discipline when I was a kid would be considered felony assault and battery now. Discipline has not improved in the meantime.
