I want to change the aspect ratio of my video to 2.21:1 in Sony Vegas Pro 13 the same way it's done on VLC player. I know how to widen the video and add "black bars" to the video, but it blacks out part of the video instead of compressing it within the aspect ratio.
For Example: if your a average user of VLC player you know that when you have "black bars" on your video, you can; right click, go to settings click video and choose the aspectcratio you want (16:9, 4:3, 2.35:1, etc) and it actually compresses the entire video not CROPPING it.
How can change the aspect ratio on Sony Vegas Pro 13?

Basically in Sony Vegas Pro 13 adding black spaces in my video only crops it instead of actually changing it into the aspect ratio that i want. I aslo know what pixels 2.21:1 already. I just want to know if it's possible to get the same effect on my video as you do when you change the aspect ratio on VLC player
