If you really want to lose weight, you have to try hard. You need to count your calories, eat breakfast lunch and dinner but don't have any snacks. Eat small portions of not too heavy foods. Calorieking.com is a good calorie counting site. You need to exercise 30 min. a day. The best way is swimming laps, running on the treadmill, or doing the eliptical. Pilates is nice too. If you are over 18 you can go to a wellness nutrition center in your area. They can prescribe phentermine which is a diet pill that will help, but it doesn't work unless you do the above regime. B12 shots will give you energy and also B12 vitamins every day. You have to go with full force though. Not just sticking to it for a week then giving up. This has to be a life change. It doesn't happen on its own and anorexia and balemia don't work
