I am looking for ways to make money this way because I have no one to babysit, there are no kids in the town I live in. And no one wants their house cleaned or any thing like that.

It may not be such a great idea to make money online (scammers and stuff), however here is my suggestion.
You could possibly attempt to create a game and get it uploaded onto an app store of some sort. You would be able to add in in-app purchases, and that would be how you get your money. Just create a real stupidly annoying, but entirely addictive, game and there you have it. Its just a suggestion. I have no idea how you would make your own game, but that would be research that you would have to do.
Don't worry, I am a broke fifteen year old too.
