Hello, I'm a 12 year old girl and I think that I have lumberic lordosis. I'm pretty sure that I have had it my entire life, but I just haven't cared enough to worry about it too much, but now that I'm hitting puberty it's all I think about and it's embarrassing when I compare myself to other girls who have flat stomachs.
Even when I'm standing as straight as possible, with my chin high and my shoulder blades pressed together, my stomach still sticks out pretty far, and when I poke it, its firm under a relatively thin layer of squishy stuff which I assume is fat. (My butt also sticks out pretty far)
I've searched up "How to Correct Lordosis" on the internet countless times but I've only found excersise programs that are supposed to correct lordosis after many weeks of hard training.
So I just was wondering if there was an easier way to fix this or if it will just go away as I age?
Thank you very much for responding, but I was just wondering if there was a quicker, easier solution to lumbric lordosis which is a condition of the spine, and not a weight issue. : /
