You do not run your audio system with the engine off, and the battery is only used to start the engine, so the audio has no effect on the battery. If you want to play tunes with the engine off, get an auxiliary battery installed and a gas powered generator to keep it charged.
First you want to determine how much current your audio system actually draws, which is probably quite different from anything you would calculate. Get an audio technician to measure that for you. A battery is rated in amp-hours so you divide that rating by the amps the technician measured and that tells you how long that battery will play your tunes before it needs to be recharged.
