I have severely decreased my carbohydrate intake, I have cut sugar out altogether and do ballet everyday and walk my dogs for an hour everyday but why am I still gaining weight? I know this must seem like a repetitive question but I need to know. It is seriously stressing me out and I don't know what to do to make it stop and to lose the weight again. In the last few months I have had to replace my wardrobe twice and I can't afford to keep buying new clothes just to have them not fit me a month later.
How am I still gaining weight?!!?

Personally, I would talk to either a doctor or a personal trainer. I do ballet too and I know you do work very hard and walking your dogs is great exercise. Try counting calories. Also try keeping a food journal. My sister was overweight and she thinks that keeping a journal kept her motivated. Eating very slow also helps the food digest easier and not turn into fat. Cutting out all dairy, including butter and cheese will boost metabolism.
