I have severely decreased my carbohydrate intake, I have cut sugar out altogether and do ballet everyday and walk my dogs for an hour everyday but why am I still gaining weight? I know this must seem like a repetitive question but I need to know. It is seriously stressing me out and I don't know what to do to make it stop and to lose the weight again. In the last few months I have had to replace my wardrobe twice and I can't afford to keep buying new clothes just to have them not fit me a month later.
