The 365th day could be after December 28th, but it would not be part of a week; every month and year would start on a Monday, and the Year Day would not be part of a week, being an extra day; not part of a work week, it could be a universal holiday, and no one would be required to work, except for those functions really needed every day, maybe entertainment, TV, radio, grocery stores, but work would be voluntary, and be paid double. Every four years would have another extra day, between June and July, which would work the same as the Year Day. Every century would also have an additional extra day, and it could be either after Year Day, or maybe between March and April, or whenever it might be decided is best. The main concept would be that every month would start on a Monday, and the extra days would not be part of a week. This might be hard to put to work, to replace our current system, but I think it's worh considering, or at least discussing.

Time can't be controlled mate. It is the unknowing that's making time travel possible in our imaginations. Ask everyone you know if they have evidence for time travel.? Which brings us to an important conversation, what is Time?
Yes! May Questions rule and Answers provide. I would love to be in your presence for the world day. You have brought a smile to my face. I didn't realise that after dividing a year into 13 months there would be an extra day, I would love it if it came true. Long live the world day. Inspiring!
Remember that little verse? '30 days has September, ....' Very clever to make it easy for children to remember the complex calendar; and perpetuate the deeper issues of honoring Roman emperors, and Greek heroes!
And of course, thirteen is unlucky! You know why? Friday the 13th, in October of 1307, was the day that the Templars were attacked by various emissaries of King Phillip IV of France, in France and Italy. He sent letters to be opened only on the 12th of October, to synchronize the effort, that said they should all enter the locations of the Templars at dawn on the 13th simultaneously (of course, it would only seem to be at the same time, since there was no radio, or other means to coordinate the effort, but the intention was there). So, be careful on the 13th of the month, especially if it's Friday. Don't answer the doorbell at dawn, either.
^That was just a rant on the number 13, which is the number of lunar cycles in a year. Lunar is moon; month is moon. The only reason for using twelve is that there are twelve major constellations to look at, and that makes it easy to sell. Thirteen is a prime number, and that would be so sticky. Twelve can be divided by 2, 3, 4, and 6, so time can be controlled in all sorts of ways. Just spread the extra days around, and make up an easy limerick to remember the variations. Notice that there are seven months of 31 days, and if you look at it as a circular array, there two instances of consecutive 31s: July and August, and December and January. All other sequences are a 31 day month before and after a non-31 day month, and one of those is special as the short one: February. Because it's shortest, you can add the extra day needed every fourth year to keep the seasons on a calendar-based schedule.
I tend to rant, which I suppose is why I watch any Dennis Miller show I get close to.
