They state that the "procedure" in that hotel, only allows you to have new pool-towels ONCE a week. Now that made me laugh, I don't know about people's habits, but I'm pretty sure NO ONE (I hope) at home uses the same towel for a week. Add the fact that this is a pool towel, and the chlor from the water, and this creates even more hygienic problems.
Hotel is "Club Maramar:les jardins d'agadir" in Agadir, Marocco.
I been trying to browse the Web for several hours trying to find a hygiene statement/law paper that states that such is not allowed, to print it out and hand that in at the reception.
I've already talked to the "representative" who just replied "it's the regular procedure"-no point trying to argue , as there is obviously no will to help.
I'd like to ask you here if you could find me laws, links, statements that dissalow such behaviour from hotels, for hygienical reasons.
Also, let's not turn this into an eco-friendly thread, I mean if they told us we only get new towels every 2 days for ecological reasons, fine, but ONCE A WEEK, that's purely disgusting, also, this is supposedly a 4 star hotel, what a joke.
Did they take the trip to Morroca to swim at the pool. Also how many times can you wipe your body off. OH oops I threw mine on the ground and rubbed dirt into the towel from my feet.
The hotel does change the towels in the bathroom daily.
