Okay so when i was around 8 years old 12 years ago.. I watched a horse film where a teenage girl and her mom went to the country not sure where but the teen fell in love with a horse and saved it from a trailer when he was stolen. I dont remember alot but i know at the start of the movie she is riding a bike though a city trying to beat a record and delive food and near the end of the movie she saves the horse from a trailer at a red light.
