I fell down stairs 3 weeks ago and hit my ear and there has been a lump on my ear since then as if its swollen up and it still hurts when pressure is on it. The lump is around the top of the ear. Will it ever go and will i need to say a doctor. And by the way i haven't had hearing problems since.
