the part that would really check a person out the program is doing a international background check as well as a state back ground the federal one does a finger print check in background checks alot don't have access to this one they always due depending on job being screened for almost all do state this doesn't show other states and thats the biggest thing there if you did a international it would show up at that time the company would then have to say can you explain this
