I was wondering they say that tea has a higher pH level than coffee meaning coffee is worse but that's for 3 minutes and I brew mine 5 they say it goes up the longer you brew it. So my 5-minute tea with a little extra leaves does anyone know the pH level for that I don't add milk to it or anything but I add milk to my coffee so which one has a higher pH level strong five-minute brewed tea no milk or coffee with milk. I already know that coffee stunts bacterial growth and all that it's not about acid reflux it's about preserving my teeth
