... have my breakfast, or walk to office, it goes up to 100 or even 120 while walking.
While sitting down it again goes to 100-95-90... 100... like that. Even walking makes it 110-120.
I am fat with a weight of 105 and 170 cms. I walk 2 km to work every day. Thats the only exercise I get.
I take fluoxetine and beclomethasone. I have had anxiety attacks and generally I am very anxious person.
My psychiatrist says its just anxiety. But I dont understand, how can anxiety cause my heart rate to be high all day(except when I wake up). He also asked me to take beta blockers(nebivolol) before I board a plane to keep my heart rate normal during flight. Why has prescribed me beta blockers(only to be taken before flight) if its just anxiety?
Im totally scared. I am in the fear of having a cardiac arrest or something like that.
I have seen a cardiologist and taken an echo cardio gram, sound-echo, treadmill test, and was certified OK. I saw the cardiologist in the morning(when my heart rate was low). Would that make a difference? My Blood pressure is normal. No diabetes and borderline cholesterol.
I just can figure out why my heart rate goes to 100-110. I am scared to exercise because of this. What is wrong with me?
