I have a pug and she is very loving and friendly. Then she has another side when it comes to food. She has attacked dogs alot since I had her, and tonight she attacked a 1 year old in the face over food what should I do? She didn't break skin because I got her off of him in enough time. I have cried over this because I'm more worried than I was. She is 5 years old and had all her shots up to date. She has been known to attack over dog toys too whether they are hers or not.

I am sorry to hear about this. I am no expert on this, but I have dogs. So I have five dogs and two of them have aggressiveness with food (like your pug) this just means they are protective over the food because it is theirs (or they think it is theirs). Maybe you could try feeding her without people around? With our dogs we don't have them in the same room when we are eating. I hope this helps. You might want to call a vet or something for more professional answers.
That's what I did for now.
She don't get hardly no exercise . I'll try that.
again, try asking someone with a animal profession(I think thats what they are called). I hope this helps and that your pug does better :)
Not enough exercise is a common cause too.
