I've just recently found out I'm pregnant. And my friends have stopped being my friends and I've never felt so lonely? I would just like some advice please.

You can join a anti-natal group or a new mom group or such. It's usually easy to make new like-minded friends through the pregnancy and baby play groups. Your doctors might have some flyers in his office or local churches, community notice boards, libraries, they will have group announcements. Or check online if there are local meet-up groups you can join. Just type it into Google.
Go to www.meetup.com
You will find local group meetings for nearly every interest you can think of. Some of the topics that come to mind are:
*Fitness for pregnant moms
*Delivery
*Lactation
*Parenting skills
*How to select a qualified baby sitter or day care
*New born care or toddler care
Ask your obstetrician for groups.
Don't just look for mom to be activities. Look up stuff involving your personal interests or hobbies.
Thank you very much I will look into all of these. ☺️
