It's all in your genetics, there no physical or mental way of achieving height. If you really want to grow taller, you will have to wait until you're older.
5'0" is a good height for your age though.

False! The only pill that would make you grow is steroids, but all that does is build muscle mass. For woman, steroids will deepen the voice, facial hair growth (beards, mustache) and wrinkled face.
Stretching does absolutely nothing. You can't increase the length of your bones once they have gone through membrane ossification. If you do stretch, all that happens is you microscopically tear your tendons and ligaments which makes you more flexible.
