every single thing in this whole world has its own gravitational field. U, me and all other people have our own gravitational field. However this field does not attract earthly opbjects due to the fact that the earth is bigger in size than us. Our gravitational field is very weak compared to that of the earth's. So it does not show its effect. If we manage to become bigger than the earth, we too can see other things being attracted towards us. So gravity is not created. It is always there in a mass.

However u can create artifical gravity using magnetic fields in a lab. u can create a mdoel of the earth and install a magnet system that can act as gravity.
