... started doing more bench press and wide grip bench for the last month or so, anyway i have noticed my right pec is not as big or defined as my left pec. after a workout of benching my left pec is noticeably larger than my right, but my right one is still kind of big but will pretty much shrink so its almost like i have no muscle. when i am benching they are almost the same size flexing but after my left dominates size how can i fix this

you must be right handed an leaning on your left when you get strained which is causeing blood to rush to your pec, making you think its gettin bigger but when you stop the blood will slowly drain reducing the size, you should try to stop working on your left an work on just your right for a month then go back to pumpin both them
