well the thing to do is pray to the lord that he will work with you and some say the lord lives in our hearts thats his church and you pray to him and worship him in your own way thats the way god would want to have it be like god would not force you to be involved in something that you don't want to be involved in so you choose god in a way you want to and pray and worship him you have to be happy but the lord needs to know that you love him and you worship him even if its sining a song that god would want to hear or talking to someone who doesn't have those advantages
It seems strange that you are actively deciding on a religion, since it's a thing most people just sort of fall into. What I would say is that you mustn't let anyone else tell you what to believe. That includes your parents. If you approach them in an adult, intelligent and open way, then hopefully they will be sufficiently reasonable to understand that you don't necessarily share their beliefs.
I would advise you to do pretty thorough research into different religions before making a choice, or perhaps no preexisting belief system is right for you. It's perfectly fine to define your own sense of spirituality or to not have one at all, as long as you authentically believe in it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

We recognize the Bible as God’s inspired message to humans. (John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16)
We base our beliefs on all 66 of its books, which include both the “Old Testament” and the “New Testament.”
We follow the teachings and example of Jesus Christ and honor him as our Savior and as the Son of God. (Matthew 20:28; Acts 5:31)
