I just had this thought in mind that similar to the way we store electricity in generators and inverters and use that electricity in the absence of regular electricity supply , can we also do the same with internet connectivity ?
Suppose we have net connection currently and we wanted to store it somehow so that when we don't have any connectivity we could use that stored connection.
I hope I have been able to express myself quite clearly.
Hi I wanted to know that is there any existing possible way we can store net connection?

Actually yes. There are hacks, or 'makes', that will convert phone line to regular power, that in turn you can store like you would from solar, wind etc. phone line voltages range from idle at iirc 5v(correct me please if i am wrong been a while since i looked into it) upwards of 50v(guesstimate i know it is a lot that is for sure way way way more) when ringing, so capturing the voltage spike and not having the thing burn out or fry the battery in question when it rings is the key. That is where some voltage regulators come in handy, and certain people build them for such thing, usually a DC-DC converter that accepts voltages upwards of 50-100v, but still drop it down to a manageable 5v to keep charging.
Anf FYI iam taking 'net connection' as 'phone connection' ie DSL which there is power running through a phone line always.
As for 'Cable' or 'Satellite' where it is a screw kind... iirc there isnt much going through that if any at all to even make it useable or even manageable.
Now keep in mind, taking power from your phone, will draw the power up on your phone, can cause it to overheat, and possible send the phone company to your home, not to sue you or get you in trouble(since there are no laws here in AZ about it) and as far as i know no laws for the US about it ie: FCC... just make sure you dont draw to much to send the phone company to try and fix the problem if they see it at all. IIRC they dont see/monitor power draws on lines... but it is upto the individual phone company to monitor or not monitor such things. Here in AZ they dont, they may somewhere else.
Sadly, wifi doesnt work like that. Nor the internet over all. Other than Opening up webpages to view for yourself at a later date when there is no more wifi at all. That is the only way to do it. Open up webpages then keep them open you cant do much except read and look at pictures but you cant navigate away from the page or you wont get anything at all you usually will get either a 404 error or a 504 error meaning no webpage available.
There are programs though that can help you download webpages, or websites for viewing, which is legal, some you pay for some you dont, some download pictures some dont...some download video and some dont. Just have to remember the webpages take up space on your HDD downloading too much can take up a grip load of space, and time itself.
If you have the time fine, but the pages will also be useless if they upate everyday, unless you schedule(which most of the programs do have scheduled to download the pages everyday at a specific time) the pages then you can view at the end of the day.
But the programs will vary and and you will have to choose what is best for you.
Thanks for the input. But actually what I meant by net was wifi connectivity (I'm sorry I should have mentioned it alongwith). I stay in hostel wherein we do not have 24 hr wifi available . So I was thinking probably there might be someway that during the time when wifi connection is available we could store it up somehow and use it when there's no wifi connection available.
