... april, the security deposit, the brokers fee and on top of that I paid $564.00 for the remainder of March's rent. Prior to this I was told the renovation to the apt was done. So after that was settled, i found there was still repairs that needed to be don't to the apt. I couldn't put a lock on my apt door because they needed access to my apt for the repairs which are not 100% complete till this day. And I still haven't gotten my lease which means I couldn't have the electricity turned on my apt. Am I entitled to the money I paid for March's rent?

You have to give them 10 days to fix the problems that have not been fixed take pictures shows they haven't been fixed at that time if you have someone of your choice to fix the issues then you can take it off the rent or take them to court you should tell them you need your rental agreement so you can get your lights on. But the 564 you paid is basically theirs but you might get it back if you go to court
