Hi, I recently bought a Bluetooth headset, sometimes they work but sometime they don't, they wont?

This could be a connectivity problem, however this doesn't sound right. I advise you to take your headset back to the place it came from in its original packaging if possible and the receipt to demand a refund or an exchange.
