Seems you didn't quite finish your question there poster, the site here limits the number of characters you can use in the title of your question. As for if you're good enough, try to find out who is already on the team, or previous members, and see how good they are. Watch videos and think 'could I HONESTLY do that, on demand?'. and go try out, you never know, the agents there may notice something about your style or control that you didn't even know about yourself. And practice, lots and lots of practice.
