I've been suffering with it that it took a toll on me that I couldn't work and now I'm kind of nervous about getting a job and how do I start? I have a liberal arts degree and I don't know where I can find a job? Where I could actually get health insurance because I'm a diabetic and I need insurance if I need to work. So does anyone have any idea what should I do if I want to get a job if I haven't worked for so long?

I have experienced severe depression myself and it was a struggle to go back to work.
I wanted to sit and do nothing. I was also taking medication that helped but it slowed me down physically and mentally. What helped was my faith in the God Jehovah who gave me hope. This may not seem a reasonable remedy but remember our mental health is connected with our spiritual health. Spirituality includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves and it involves a search for meaning in life. Only the one who created the earth and all that exist on it can give you hope and comfort.
REMEMBER THIS: You cannot scale a mountain in a single step; however, you can take on the challenge one step at a time. The same is true of most obstacles you face, no matter how mountainlike they might seem to be
