she's amazing she understands me and its like she knows everything before i tell her..
but i have come to a point where i dont no what to do anymore cause 
i really wanner tell her how i fell, but at the same time i dont wanner screw this up.
and i dont really know how she feels.. sometimes shes really flirty other times idk..

I would go for it! You will regret it if you never try. As women we have no clue when a guy falls for us or loves us. We need constant reassurance about where we are at in a relationship. If she's being flirty she's more than likely into you.
