My hamster has a large lump on his bum?

My hamster has a large lump on his bum. It started out small with a little scab. But now it has grown massive and has a large scab on it. So it has been bleeding. Does anyone know what this could be and will he be in pain?

Nobody here knows any such thing. You have to take him to a vet.

I could be a little cyst or tumor. Those do that, but take him to the vet to be certain and to possibly have it removed. Good luck!
