I've been having this problem since august and it triggered anxiety in me , i can't function normally if i do sports i get very measly tired and feel like i can't breath at all.
I go all day yawing and feeling like i don't get enough oxygen and sometimes when i wake up in the morning i have a bad chest pain.
I've seen 4 different doctors and none of them can find out what's wrong with me , i also had it before back in 2014 but it wasn't that bad lasted for a few months and went away.
Now it's been over half a year and it's still here , and I am going crazy.
I had a mild anxiety before this started but after i got this breathing problem my anxiety got crazy , i stopped working and going out .
I don't feel many symptoms of anxiety now , i feel like the breathing problem is making my anxiety .
I can go all day being happy and feeling good but the breathing problem is still there please help

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Doctors will not advise you about this because they have no training in nutrition. So you have to learn it yourself. These books are old but still the most popular introduction to the subject:
