Best answer is: Did I catch...? Because the auxillary verb takes the past form from the verb in questions.
Do I catch...? Is also possible if your intention is to ask after a fact, if the person has a habit of trying to catch your attention or if it is part of thier job i.e. A circus performer while practising might ask "Do I catch your attention?"
The others are all wrong because that is not how we form a question in the past simple tense.
