Help With Port Forwarding?

Hi, I am lookng to port forward on my router to run minecraft severs. I went to 192.168.0.1 in the search bar and tried to log in with the info rogers gave me (Username: cusadmin 
Password:password)
It keeps saying that its the wrong info but I havent changed the default info. I have a Cisco router if that is to any help. Thanks in advance :)

Try these three usernames and passwords
 
1: Username: admin   Password: admin

2 : Username: admin  Password: ( keep it blank )

3 : Username: admin  Password: password

All usernames and passwords ARE case sensitive. Hope this helps.
