i still live with my parents, and we're moving away to a house across the street. so obviously, we need to pack boxes. but the problem is, i have kleptomania, and i dont want my parents to possibly see the things i've stolen when they help me pack. i CAN pack my stuff by myself, and they know that, but they'll help me anyways (or make my brothers do it) what do i do? they will get EXTREMELY mad,(who wouldnt if you found out your child was constantly stealing books and hand sanitizers compulsively) and they are always just generally mad at everyone/on edge when we have to move houses and i dont wanna make the situation worse.. (sorry if this is worded badly, i havent slept in a while because i keep worrying about this...)

If you have a close friend to confide with! they may be able to help with moving to reduce the assistance of your parents and brothers'
Marking boxes with these items in with colours or labeled bedroom may reduce suspision.

i used to do the same thing and we were about to go on a trip,
1. if you hang out with friends a lot, then say they gave it to you
2 try to hide it very good untell the day yall move then put it in your suitcase or box, that's yours
3. shove all the stuff in your underwear, and pack that without them
4. if you don't really care about most of it throw it away somewhere, or if you cant go somewhere to throw it away then dig a hole in the backyard or woods somehwere and put in in there
