My friend and I play battlefield together and we talked a bit about our personal lives. Then he started asking about my family and other stuff I didn't want to tell him. After that I tried to explain to him that I don't like telling people personal stuff who I don't know over the Internet. He couldn't understand and said he was respecting that I was human and was only having conversation. He started telling me how he met his wife then I lagged out. I told him it sounded like he was lying before I did.
We also play chess over an app. On the chess we had a short discussion about it. He seemed upset that I thought he was lying about his personal life but I told him it's so unusual that its hard to believe. He said it was strange that people my age can't have a conversation without getting offended. I said I could until a certain point. He then told me that he knew practically everything about another friend of his online. I told him that confiding in strangers is a no go. He then told me he knew what he meant by not sending pics of yourself to strangers. He told me that he wasn't asking me to send him a picture just that it was weird that I had no pic of myself on Facebook.
I then told him that I wouldn't tell a stranger who my family are and there's a fine line between friend and online friend. He then said he was just interested as he classes me as a friend he plays battlefield with and tells me about his personal life and if I call bulls**t on it it's not his fault. I quote his last messages: "then whatever" "don't play with me if you can't be human I'm not exactly a robot or a computer" "but that's fine I get your point I understand don't worry about it". He then resigned and I won that match. That was around 10pm last night.
He is always quick to move on chess and tells me when he leaves online enquiry and on chess. He didn't say he was leaving on chess that night. I started a new game this morning and he didn't move. He hasn't even accepted the challenge. I assumed he was busy and began to play battlefield myself around 2pm he came online on battlefield. I sent him a part chat invite and he didn't accept it. About 20 mins later I sent another one. He still didn't accept it. I then asked if he was ignoring me on chess. No reply. Later I asked how was I supposed to "be human" if he wouldn't respond. No reply.He was playing battlefield all the while. I then asked about 2 hrs ago if he wanted to play battlefield and asked him to "please respond". Nothing. I then messaged him on chess saying "Please can we talk. It seems that you're extremely hurt by me". Nothing.
I'm a bit worried as he's never ever done anything like this. Could he be ignoring me or is he just not in the mood? Before he wouldn't accept party invites but when I messaged him he'd talk to me. Please help ASAP
P.S I also can't join his game even when the server has free spaces
