When you have the mind set that you do, the bottom line is you want results without working for it and you want a magic wand to wave to make things work within your limited parameters. It doesn't work like.
If you want to be healthy you have to eat and live healthy. It's not a diet, it is a life style change. Unless you make the mind set change, you'll go right back to bad habits as soon as the diet is over. Those bad habits are what get us into our problem in the first place so unless we kick the bad habits we fall right back into being unhealthy.
At this point you want magic to fit your food choices. Those choices are why you are looking for a diet now.
You can't be bothered to take a couple hours for a doctors appt or a visit with a nutritionist. If that is so, then I'm guessing you will also have an excuse why you can't take the time to go to the gym a couple times a week or even go for a brisk hour walk daily.
Set your daily calorie intake at
1,600-1,800, count calories and whether you are eating Snicker bars or salmon stop when you get to that number. You'll lose weight. You will, however, gain it all back when you go off diet.

I ask what should I eat
You don't need help, you need to learn the business.

Your body needs 4/10 gram of complete protein per pound of weight, about 65 grams for a female and 90 grams for a male. You do not need more because you exercise or less because you loaf. For convenience you only count 6 grams per egg, 12 grams per glass of milk, and 24 grams per quarter pound of meat. If you eat more than the body needs, the excess is burned as ordinary but expensive calories. If you really think you need more protein, get powdered milk and mix it into your food.
"I weight 46 and my high is 152" -- What is that supposed to mean?
