Ok I’m thinking early 2000s
It was a video of a small...thing... Had a female voice and from what I can remember was basically just showing us things around her normal sized house. I feel like there was something about a hairbrush in the bathroom. I literally am grasping at straws trying to remember anything I haven’t already plugged into google. Help!
