Hello guys, I'm new to gym and want to build a nice looking body(male)....my body is ectomorph....height is 183 cm and weight is 70 kg...I want to increase my upper body muscle size because my chest is flat also my arms are so weak that I'm not able to do push-ups. The following is my diet :- 9am breakfast 12pm 4 boiled eggs(including the yellow part) 3pm lunch 5pm 2 glasses of banana shake 6pm I go to gym and 9pm dinner(sometimes with milk)......I'm thinking of buying ON 100% hop whey protein isolate but my gym instructor says me to take mass gainer....so confused....I'm worried about the negative side effects of these proteins as currently I'm 17 years and 10 months and the instructions given on ON whey protein is that it should be taken by people of age 18 and above....... Please guide me guys please!!! Genuine people are requested to reply who are having good knowledge

First of all you are new to this,so better take good care of your body and listen to your gym instructer,check his history/background and see if he is a good and expert trainer,cause many of them are fake newbies who are making people do wrong stuff for money as they dont have proper knowledge and make u in trouble and i dont think the whey protein will harm u since u are almost 18
For upper arm training you should apply the bands just where your arm meets your shoulder, and of course for forearms the bands should be placed at the elbow.
Crazy thing is my arms stayed fuller and more vascular for 24 to 36 hours every time I used the protocol. And…I packed a legit ½ inch onto my upper arms in just 4 weeks. And my arm strength just kept climbing.

Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curl -1 x 30

1 x max repsRest 30 seconds between each set. Once complete remove the bands for 2 minutes. Put them back on and do part 2…but don’t blame me if you arms balloon into massive gorilla limbs!
Triceps Rope Pushdowns 1 x 30
