unless you are anorexic or bulimic you don't have an eating disorder, even if you have lost a lot of weight.
You should not believe a test that you took online either. They usually are not professional. Make sure the test was made by a well known and trusted medical website before you take the results seriously. If you still have concerns you can always talk to an actual doctor.
If you want to gain weight. The best way to do it is with Weight Training, at least 15 minutes of cardiovascular exercises and a eating plan that doesn't go lower than 1400 calories per day and make sure you have enough water and healthy foods and follow portions.
I don't know if I have anorexia or bulimia which is why I did the test after friends recommending it, I have tried to gain weight but just feel guilty and exercise for a few hours.
I've tried but she doesn't want me to do the test again and monitors me when I'm on my laptop :'(
