He doesn't have any allergies, but id like to plan a dinner date involving seafood since he has a sibling at home who is allergic ((and doesn't eat seafood often as a result)). I dont want a pressure cooker. I do own a rice cooker, a wok, a searing grill, and assorted pots and pans.
I want to cook a main dish, and a dessert. Both these things in small quantity. Probably enough for 3-5 people in serving size.
Any ideas?
