Okay, my daughter is 12 years old. She weighs 114 pounds, and is almost 5'3. She is on Zoloft and is slowly reducing the amount each week. She is diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and bdd. She is very sensitive, she feels everything. The problem is that she is really bloated, (no not PMS but she has for a year)
And say her stomach is really uncomfortable? She used to have counsilor for social anxiety and she had the same uncomfortableness she had with her 'up there' area, but that has gone away and she says its the same with her stomach, but worse. It's not pain, she says it feels bloated, it feels cold and it's always making noises, even when she hadn't eaten yet. Or drunken water. She wears only shirts that are 4 sizes big and will not wear anything except for the same four shirts. She barely does anything, but she is in shape (it's harder for her because she has severely flat feet) and her Bmi is 20.1 and her bmr is 1,899. This has been going on since April, and she is not lactose intolerant and she had been tested and has nothing wrong with her? I know something's wrong because it is not normal at all. She also says she feels random sharp pains in different places, like sometimes in her hand, wrist, neck, basically anywhere. So what is this and how can I fix it FAST? Yea, she's been to the doctor but they never find everything and say she's over exaggerating but she is not it keeps her from doing everything and its really worrying me.
Help now PLEASE?

Kindly engross her in a hobby/activity that involves her (and you along with her) to go outside and explore.
The more she gets outside and feel the grass and sand beneath her feet, she'll get better, I promise.
You can try butterfly photography, collecting and identifying seashells!
The essential ingredient you need here is your active participation and you giving her that boost and confidence to your loved one that she needs immensely.
And in all this, you have to remain calm and brave yourself. Take care.
