I'm 12 turning 13 and I really want to attract guys. I am flat chested and invisgle to most guys. I want to change my appearance and was thinking skateboarder. I won't be a poser bc I do skateboard but what do guys think? Hot or not?!

I would suggest being yourself - it's better people remember you for you, regardless, rather that a fake who was out only for attention.

You cant attracted guys by not being yourself because what happens in a guy falls for your "Skater Girl" appearance but that's not really you? It doesnt matter if you are flat chested. What really makes guys get attracted in keeping yourself clean and well groomed, you dont have to put out a vibe like a skater girl cause it could scare some guys off.

K first of all, you're 13 :) 
You don't need to be "attracting guys" left and right, one guy is enough
But the best way to attract guys is being funny, easy to talk to, and not awkward.
It seems hard, i know, but after you give it a shot it becomes second nature.
