Um it's really up to u. R u healthy? High blood pressure n all that stuff? Best suggestion cut down on red meat n fatty acids n bread. Eat foods with fiber,iron n no hormones. 3 small meals a day wit two snacks don't eat after 6 or 7pm. With a full body workout like boxing or swimming. If your over 45 swimming is the best work out along with different water exercise. Waters exercises good on joints n eases muscles aches. One month you'll lose 10 pounds
