I don't know what it is but when I get hurt I laugh. It just doesn't hurt. It feels like someone's tickling me. And I'm not even ticklish. Please help my parents beat me more because I laugh when they beat me?

For mental health some tips are given below
1. First must do Yog and early to bed early to rise.
2. Read motivational books etc.
3. Sit on a calm place and think inside that your forehead is full of peace like space
imagine that any type of noise is not present in space.you should feel the world is outside of your body but calmness like space is inside your forehead.
4. You should identify how your thought are going here and there they are disturbing you for this you can concentrate on your breaths or dont focus thought trouble you should focus on calm like space. The main point of peace is in the center of your forehead. Absolutely you get relief.
That's how your brain tries to protect you from pain and embarrassment. It creates endorphins to counteract pain.
If you have a cell phone turn on record and get the family comments and sounds. Tell your teacher, school nurse, guidance counselor, and principal. They are required to report suspected child abuse. Use that recording as your proof. If you have bruises or cuts photograph them. You need to show that to Children's Protective Services.
Best of luck!
