At some point (ideally when she's single), you're going to either have to tell her what your feelings are, or show her what your feelings are, or make her feel the same way about you. There's nothing that will work for every girl. You have to use your instincts. Do what feels right at the moment. What will help, though, is making sure the moment can come around (i.e. spend time with her on her own).
Hehe, thanks. I suppose what you have to do is have her imagine you in a romantic context. For instance, if she sees you like a brother, you'll never get anywhere and she'll never have those feelings.
Think about what kinds of things she seems to value in a boyfriend that are different from what she wants from friends. Those are the key things.
Oh, and be subtle. If you try to give her a sign and she doesn't spot it, that's fine. You can try again. However, if you go over the top, you may turn her off and that can be difficult to come back from.
Also, I know this is going to sound weird but do you know anything about her dad? A girl's father is the first big male influence in her life and she will often subconsciously choose someone with similar traits for a boyfriend, because it's what she's grown up with loving.
