I will usually head off to bed at around 9ish. And turn off the light at about 10:30. I can't fall asleep until after 10:45 at the earliest. Usually I fall asleep at 11:30 pm every night. Then the next day I usually wake up between 7 and 8 am the next morning. I've tried turning the light off earlier, but I toss and turn until about 11. I've also tried taking melatonin, it doesn't really seem to help. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks!

Thanks, but I think I'll end up falling asleep between 2-3 am and then wake up at about 9 am, and have an even harder time falling asleep the next day. (That's what usually happens! But thanks anyway!
I'm also like that but I slove my problem by tiring myself out and not thinking of anything when It time to sleep. Sometime I can't help but think of my crush when I'm falling to sleep which sometimes help me fall asleep faster. I only make sure my room is competency dark so I won't think about the light bothering me.(sorry 4 the bad grammar if I have any) I hope you try it out but I think u will find your own way soon

Im also like this tossing and turning. Well you need to have some plans so if you know what makes you fall ashleep like classical music makes me fall ashleep and when i feel my hair cause so soft. so yeah or think about something and make you fall ashleep hope you get better!
