First we need to know your age because that determines what advice can be offered. Then you need support from somebody while you learn the social skills that we call "confidence". That also depends on your age. You might need to leave the house to find other people, and that depends on your family situation. And finally, whoever taught you to be shy will probably not allow you to learn confidence, and that is difficult to deal with.
Sorry to offer no answer, but we just have nothing to go on.
Confidence often grows with age. I used to be very shy as a kid and now people don't believe me when I say I'm shy. I'm certainly a lot more confident, but I still don't like certain situations or tasks that need doing, because it puts me out of my comfort zone.
Maybe enrol in a speaking club (where you will learn to do speeches in public), that should help you grow your confidence.
First, realize that feelings of insecurity are universal. All of us are born imperfect and are prone to feel inadequate or even worthless from time to time. (James 3:2; compare Romans 7:21-24.) On top of that, you are young and inexperienced. It’s only natural for you to feel uneasy in unfamiliar circumstances or when you are asked to do something entirely new for you or in other situations.
Many youths try to camouflage their lack of self-confidence by displays of false bravado, by outrageous attire, or by rebellion. But there are much better ways of coping with those times when you feel insecure.
Acknowledge Your Positive Qualities, Avoid Unfair Comparison, Avoid the Snare of Jealousy, Get Involved With Other People, Take Criticism in Stride,Set Realistic Goals, Don’t Be Afraid to Be Different.
